Push to talk button
on your right ear muff. You can talk air to air or to the
ground. Bring your walkman and listen to the radio or to
your favorite music. Works with most radios used for ultralights:
Kenwood, Yasue, Uniden, Motorola, Icom, Audiovox, etc...
It has two settings
for the Push to Talk (PTT) button: The first is impedance mode
and the second option is contact mode. The helmet is already
set to the impedance mode for PTT. The impedance is adjustable
for different types of radios.
Encased in the right earmuff
is the switch that changes the PTT mode along with a small wheel
to adjust the impedance.
