About Us

Eugen Schussman, master rigger for over 15 years, working exclusively for Swing in Germany, trained us to do inspections with the same high standards that are mandatory in this country.

Gabi Siegl, Swing’s top seamstress for over 10 years, also trained Elisabeth the fine art of glider repair.

Both Eugen and Gabi helped us to set up our first shop and modeled it after their own shop in Germany.  This glider shop in Florida is our second one.

Elisabeth Guerin

Elisabeth, Eric Dufour’s wife, is passionate about the sport and flies paramotor on trike, the XCitor and powered parachute.

She is a certified Sport Pilot, a BFI (ASC) and a PPG 3 (USPPA).

Elisabeth has been sewing since childhood and has used her sewing skills for her own clothes, her family and home, as well as some small repairs on paragliders.

Her years of experience in sewing made for a natural transition to become head seamstress at the PPG Glider Shop.

In 2004, she went to the Swing factory in Germany to learn all the aspects of minor and major repairs and wing inspections.

Most of all, she enjoys it.  The bigger and more challenging the repair, the better!

Eric Dufour

Eric Dufour is well known in the PPG community as being an industry leader.  Dufour is a pilot and instructor in PPG foot launch and trike, PPC and the XCitor.

He is constantly innovating the sport with new techniques, better equipment, and new ways to service the PPG community.

Eric’s natural next step has been to open a glider inspection and repair shop to compliment his full service.

He works along side Elisabeth at the glider shop, fulfilling his goal to provide this service to the industry.

Being also
a paraglider rigger is a passion in another aspect of the sport for him.
