Adjustable J-bars on SD paramotors

The adjustable J-bars are a new concept developed for the SD series.  They are lighter, comfortable and practical.

This new system incorporates the advantage of a high point of attachment with the ability to shift the pilots' weight and feel the glider in flight.

Take-offs are still easy, and comfort on the ground is enhanced.

Storage is easy, since both bars can be folded down during transportation.

The bars are mounted on the frame, with vibration absorbing rubber, using a high grade bolt.

This innovation allows for some lateral movement.

Safety carabeneers are still used with shackles on the bars, to connect the risers.

Luc Poulin, owner of the first paramotor SD with adjustable J-bars.

The adjustable J-bars are made from aluminum 6061 T 6 and offer different attachment points.

Once in flight, they stay close to the pilot's shoulders, allowing freedom to move the head from side to side, without obstructing vision.
